I've been in real estate for 19 years and celebrating my 18th year with Strano & Associates. I grew up in Dupo, and have lived in Columbia and Waterloo all of my adult life. I was a 4th & 5th grade teacher in Waterloo for 20 years, so I pride myself on having patience and being thorough in answering questions as I guide people through the home buying and selling process. My true passion is helping and serving people, so I love that I can assist people in one of their biggest investments. In 2021, I started a team to better serve my clients and to help coach and mentor people in the real estate business. I am so proud of this team! I love that they share in my passion to help people and truly focus on serving and doing what’s best for our clients instead of chasing transactions. I believe it's so important to give back, which is why I love being a part of Strano and their generosity contributing to the community through several programs. My most proud real estate moment was earning the Professional Award in 2022 voted on by my peers. My goal is to develop positive relationships with other realtors resulting in a smooth transaction for all. We’re all working towards a common goal. I help sellers and buyers in Southern Illinois and greater St. Louis area of Missouri. For the past 13 years I have resided in Fenton, MO with my husband of 14 years and our three amazing children. I am from Arnold, MO,so I know the St. Louis area and surrounding areas well. I have been in customer service my entire career. I have grown to love helping my customers in any way that I can. It could be turning their bad day around, giving them advice on great deals, or just be a listening ear. It was time for a new path, and I knew real estate was perfect so I could continue my passion of helping people. I have been in St. Clair county for as long as I can remember. I graduated from Lindenwood University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. Marketing is a perfect match for real estate.
